Mr. Sanjeev Shinde
Sanjeev Shinde, the co-founder of Jeri-Sun Dental’s Dento-Mall, brings over 40 years of dental industry experience, including 26 years of dedicated leadership in the dental sector across India and neighbouring markets. With strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, he has successfully managed premium portfolios in dental equipment, dental anaesthesia, and advanced medical technologies, driving consistent market growth, brand strengthening, and operational excellence. Recognised for his customer-centric approach, he is known for building empowered teams rooted in trust and professionalism, while earning long-standing trust from customers through his integrity and commitment to support when needed.
Mr. Prathamesh Shinde
Dento Mall was founded by Prathamesh Shinde, an entrepreneur with experience in dental sales, business management, and international market exposure. After spending several years in North America and working closely with technology-driven business environments, he realized that India’s dental industry still lacked a unified digital platform capable of connecting dealers, distributors, and dental professionals efficiently particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Having worked in on-field dental sales himself, Prathamesh understood the operational challenges faced by both companies and dealers, including limited outreach by field executives, inconsistent product availability, and restricted access to brands for clinics outside major metropolitan areas. Rather than building a conventional inventory-based sales application focused solely on profit generation, he envisioned a platform that could provide equal selling opportunities to dealers and distributors while offering buyers the freedom to choose between multiple nearby supplier stores much like modern food delivery marketplaces.
Prathamesh Shinde holds a Master’s degree in Management from Mumbai University along with advanced studies in Global Business Management from Toronto. Combining his experience in sales, technology exposure from North America, and understanding of the Indian dental market, he founded Dento Mall with the goal of helping modernize and digitally transform the dental distribution ecosystem in India.
