Dento Mall is a multi-vendor marketplace platform connecting dental professionals and independent sellers/vendors.
  • Dento Mall and its owners do not manufacture, stock, store, package, or directly ship any products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. 
  • All products available on the platform are listed, packed, and shipped directly by the independent vendors registered on the platform. 
  • Vendors are solely responsible for inventory management, packaging, dispatch, delivery coordination, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

2. Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
  • Product availability 
  • Vendor location 
  • Buyer delivery address 
  • Courier service availability
  • Public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the platform are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, may vary depending on the vendor, product category, quantity, delivery location, or courier partner.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing

  • Vendors are responsible for processing and dispatching orders placed through the platform.
  • Orders are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe after successful payment confirmation.
  • Vendors may contact buyers for order verification or delivery-related information where required.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is dispatched by the vendor through a courier or logistics partner, delivery timelines are subject to the operations of the respective shipping provider.
Dento Mall is not liable for delays caused by:
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation issues
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by buyers

6. Address and Contact Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate:
  • Delivery addresses
  • Contact numbers
  • Clinic or business details
Dento Mall and vendors shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • Buyers should inspect packages at the time of delivery.
  • Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products should be reported within [48 hours / 72 hours] of delivery through the support/contact section of the platform.
  • Resolution of such complaints may require supporting photographs, invoices, or packaging details..

8. Restricted and Regulated Products

Certain dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated products may require compliance verification under applicable Indian laws.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring lawful sale and shipment of regulated products.
  • Vendors dealing in regulated products must maintain valid licenses, including drug licenses where applicable.

9. Shipping Coverage

Delivery services are subject to serviceability and courier availability in specific regions across India.
Certain remote or restricted locations may experience extended delivery timelines or limited shipping availability.
