Welcome to Jeri-Sun Dental’s – Dento Mall. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases made through our platform.

1. Marketplace Platform

Dento Mall is a multi-vendor marketplace platform where independent vendors list and sell products directly to buyers.

  • Dento Mall and its owners do not manufacture, stock, own, or directly sell the products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All products are sold, fulfilled, and serviced by the respective vendors/dealers registered on the platform.

2. Payment Methods

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery services are not available on Dento Mall.

Buyers can make payments through the payment gateway integrated into the platform using available payment methods such as:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Other digital payment methods supported by the payment gateway

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in situations including but not limited to:

  • Order cancellation approved by the vendor
  • Non-delivery of products 
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product received
  • Failed or duplicate transactions

Refund approvals shall be subject to verification by the respective vendor and platform support team where required.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the buyer’s original mode of payment.
  • Refund timelines depend on the respective banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
  • Refunds may typically reflect within **12 hours to 7 business days** from the date of refund approval.

Dento Mall shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking networks or third-party payment providers.

5. Return Requests


Buyers may raise a return or complaint request within the applicable return period mentioned by the vendor or manufacturer.

Return requests are generally reviewed and processed within 3 business days from the date of request submission.
Buyers may be required to provide:

  • Order details
  • Invoice copy
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging images
  • Description of the issue

     

6. Replacement and Warranty

Product replacement, servicing, repair, or warranty claims shall be governed by:

  • The warranty policy of the respective vendor/dealer from whom the product was purchased, or
    * The official warranty policy of the product manufacturer/company
  • Dento Mall acts only as a marketplace platform and does not independently provide product warranties unless explicitly mentioned.

Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

7. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, regulatory, or manufacturer restrictions, including but not limited to:

  • Opened consumables
  • Error-free functionality
  • Used medical or dental products
  • Customized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Applicable restrictions may vary by vendor and product category.

8. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Return approvals
  • Warranty fulfillment
  • Replacement decisions
  • After-sales support

Dento Mall reserves the right to assist in dispute resolution but shall not be directly liable for vendor-specific warranty or servicing obligations.

9. Policy Changes

Dento Mall reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
